How it works

Pick your week

Kids week or solo week. Plans are built around your custody schedule, so nothing goes to waste on the off weeks.

Shop once

One list, sorted by aisle and scaled for you and your kids, with the kosher basics you need on hand.

Cook on a clock

A Friday timeline that works back from candle lighting, so everything is hot and the kids are ready when Shabbos starts.

What's inside

Real food, short ingredient lists, and no recipe that needs a second pair of hands.

Kids-week Shabbos

Friday night, Shabbos lunch and seudah shlishit that kids remember: challah, chicken, cholent, dessert.

Solo-week plans

Cook twice, eat well all week, with a real Shabbos for one.

Weeknight dinners

30-minute meat and dairy dinners for the nights you have the kids.

Shopping lists

Every week, sorted by store section, with amounts for your family size.

Friday timelines

Step-by-step countdowns to candle lighting, from slow cooker to blech.

Yom Tov guides

Seder, Sukkos and Rosh Hashanah meals with the kids, scaled down and stress-free.

Questions dads ask

Is everything kosher?

Every recipe is marked meat, dairy or pareve and uses only ingredients you can buy with a reliable hechsher. We follow common practice; for halachic questions, ask your rav.

I barely cook. Will this work?

Yes. Recipes use short ingredient lists and basic skills, and the timelines tell you exactly what to do and when.

What if I only have the kids some weeks?

That's the point. Kids-week plans feed you and the kids; solo-week plans are cook-once meals for one.

How many kids does a plan feed?

One adult and three kids, with notes for scaling up or down.

Do you cover Yom Tov?

Yes. Holiday guides come out ahead of each Yom Tov.
